The Jhelum House Assembly for Classes III, IV and V and the Junior Council Investiture Ceremony was held in the school auditorium today with great enthusiasm and pride. The event was also a part of the school’s Independence Day celebrations, adding to the spirit of patriotism and unity that filled the auditorium.
The morning began on a serene note with a soulful prayer, invoking blessings for wisdom and guidance. This was followed by a melodious song presented by the Jhelum House choir, filling the hall with harmony and positivity.
A graceful dance performance, symbolising unity and dedication, brought colour and vibrancy to the stage, while a thought-provoking poem inspired the audience with its message of leadership and responsibility.
The highlight of the event was the Junior Council Investiture, a landmark occasion in the school calendar, where newly elected office bearers were formally adorned with badges. Director Mrs Reema Dewan congratulated the council members, encouraging them to lead with integrity, dedication, and a spirit of service.
The programme not only showcased the diverse talents of Jhelum House but also strengthened the spirit of pride, responsibility, and teamwork among the students
