As part of the nationwide Har Ghar Tiranga campaign initiated by the Government of India, Grade V students of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh, participated in a heartwarming patriotic initiative titled 'Tree of Tiranga' on August 8, 2025. The activity aimed to instill national pride while encouraging creativity and teamwork.

Held within classrooms, the event saw enthusiastic involvement from all 220 students. Guided by their teachers, the young learners crafted tricolour-themed decorations—paper doves, flags, and inspiring slogans—using colourful craft materials.

The highlight was the transformation of a mango tree on campus into a stunning Tree of Tiranga, adorned with handmade buntings and patriotic messages. It stood as a living tribute to the spirit of independence, unity, and imagination.

This unique initiative beautifully blended creativity with patriotism, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
