The Inter-House Singing Competition was held today, 12 August 2025, on the vibrant theme “Gunjan- Geet Desh Ke Naam”. Brimming with excitement, pride, and patriotic fervour, the event brought together the versatile and melodious voices of talented students from Classes III, IV, and V.

The finalists, who had successfully cleared two rigorous rounds of auditions, took to the stage with confidence and grace, delivering soul-stirring performances that touched every heart. The audience—students and teachers alike—were completely captivated, clapping in rhythm, cheering enthusiastically, and even singing along with the contestants in moments of shared joy.

The event was honoured by the presence of Ms. Sangeeta Sood, Vice Principal, DPS Mohali, and Ms. Sapna Basin, Coordinator of Class XII, DPS Chandigarh, as esteemed judges. They praised the participants for their remarkable stage presence, crystal-clear voice quality, emotive expression, and musical creativity.

The competition concluded on a high note with the announcement of the results:

• First Position: Riwayat Bhardwaj (V-C) – Yamuna House

• Second Position: Aradhya Gupta (V-B) – Jhelum House

• Third Position: Jenica (V-C) – Sutlej House

• Consolation Prizes: Maithili Khare (IV-B) – Chenab House and Shourya Paul (IV-F) – Sutlej House
