To enhance creativity, problem-solving ability and social skills amongst children,  ‘Real Problems Pretend Play Activity’ was conducted for the Pre-Primary classes of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh on September 19, 2025. The aim of this activity was to allow children to think critically and use their imagination to resolve everyday challenges in a playful manner. Students of each level were presented with real-life situations through power point slides such as children fighting, child pretending stomach pain etc.

Some of the students from each section were called to enact these real life problems. Students buzzed with excitement as they came forward with their solutions. The activity not only strengthened their confidence but also nurtured empathy, as they learnt to understand problems from different perspectives and suggested caring and practical solutions. Overall, the activity 

proved to be a highly engaging and meaningful learning experience that combined fun with valuable life skills.
