Rain Walk

To enjoy the monsoon Nursery and Prep classes went out for a ‘Rain Walk’. Wearing rain coats and carrying umbrellas, they yelled in delight as they splashed their tiny feet in puddles. They sang songs and rhymes on rain. It was an enjoyable and a new learning experience for them.

‘Aqua Day’ celebrated by Class II 

To sensitize the children of Class II about the importance of saving water, ‘Aqua Day’ was celebrated on 23rd July 2015. It was a part of our Early Learning Series Programme. A ‘Poem Recitation Activity’ was organized wherein children recited poems to make others aware about the ways we can save water.

Class III Show-‘Masti ki Pathsahala’

Bringing back to life all the fond old memories, students of Class III put up a spectacular show ‘Masti ki Pathsahala’ as part of their Annual Day Celebrations. The show saw all 250 students of Class III participate enthusiastically. The children presented a beautiful play, dances and songs based on the theme ‘School Life’. The show enthralled the audience with their vibrant spectacle. Parents were transfixed by the magic spell cast by their little ones. The highlight of the programme was a beautiful rendition of a Qawwalli which held the audience spellbound. The Principal, Mrs. Reema Dewan congratulated all the participants for putting up a beautiful show. She stressed on the need for all round development of the students where every child is committed and believes in himself. She threw light on the school’s achievements and how the school had gone from strength to strength.

Blue Week celebrated by Nursery

Students of Nursery class celebrated ‘Blue Week’ from 13th July to 17th July. Children came dressed in different shades of blue. A blue corner was made with objects and pictures of colour blue. The little ones made small paper boats and sailed them in a tub of water. They also wore blue badges and bands.

Navya Gupta (III D) secured School Rank 1, Zonal Rank 7, City Rank 1 and State Rank 1 in the National Science Olympiad held in July 2015.
