Sports Achievements

Abhijashan Taya, class VII C won a gold medal in National Kick boxing Karate Championship held in Dehradun, Uttrakhand from 1st Oct to 4th Oct 2023.

In Badminton UT Inter School tournament, our school U-19 girls bagged silver medal. The team members are-

In UT Inter School Squash U-17 boys competition , our school bagged a gold medal. The team comprises of –

It was organised by Education Department from 16th to 20th October 2023 at sports complex sector-43, Chandigarh.

In UT Inter School Squash U-17 girls competition , our school bagged a silver medal. The team comprises of –

It was held from 19th to 20th October 2023 at sports complex sector-43, Chandigarh.

Samisha Taneja of class VIII-A wins Silver Medal in High Jump in ‘Under 14’ category at 34th North Zone Junior Athletics Championship 2023-24 conducted at Jammu from 15th to 17th October 2023. She qualifies for the National tournament to be held in Coimbatore on November 23.

In the 13th Bombay Gymkhana Indian Junior Open, Kavin Sood of Class XII-D finished 4th in the Boys Under 17 category. The championship was held in Mumbai from 23rd to 27th September 2023. The championship was an international 6-star Asian Squash Federation Platinum Event with competitors from the USA, England, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Qatar. This achievement has taken him to No.8 for the Sub-Junior/Junior National Championships to be conducted this month at Indore.

Prisha of Class VII D won a gold medal in Chandigarh State Taekwondo Championship held on 15/10/2023

Sherell Chhabra of class VII A won:
First prize in U-13 girls singles
3rd prize in U-15 girls singles
3rd prize in Women singles in 3rd Chandigarh state ranking Table Tennis tournament held at sports complex sector 50-D from 13th-15th October.

Savir of 9 G won Boys U-15 Chandigarh Squash Championship on 14 th October,2023.

Devanshi Jindal of 9E has participated in AIR Rifle (NR) Pre Nationals Championship 10 m Sub Youth Women Individual organised by 32nd All India G.V. Mavalankar Shooting Championship(Rifle) at MHOW Indore on 03.09.23 . She has qualified for nationals.

Prabh Asees Singh of VIII D participated and won silver medal ( Runners Up) at “Kheda Watan Panjab Diyan” in Badminton Boys Under 14 Singles on Sep 29- Oct 1, 2023 organised by District Administration and Sports Deptt, SAS Nagar, Mohali at Sports Complex Sector 78, Mohali

Samaira Dhaliwal, of class 8B won a gold medal in the Eagle Cup under 10m air pistol category organised at Sector-14,Panchkula.

In U.T. Inter- School swimming competition 2023-24, our school students made us proud. This event was held at DPS Chandigarh, sector-40C from 1^st to 4^th September.

Our school Under-17 boys team bagged bronze medal in the UT Inter-School Chess competition. The team members are –

Our school boys Table Tennis team bagged silver medal in under-14 category in the U.T. Inter-school Table Tennis Tournament organised by Education Department rom 19th to 20th August at Sports Complex sector-34 Chandigarh.
