Sports Achievements

Jaskeerat of Class VII stood First and received Trophy and cash prize of Rs 2000/-  in U-12 in Millenium Chess Tournament held at Mohali.

Sabrang Sandal of Class VIII was declared Runners Up in U-14 Boys Single category and Winner in U-14 Boys Doubles Category in AITA Talent Series held at Amritsar on 1st April 2013.

The budding star of the school Pranav Chopra of Class IV was declared the winner of L.D.Kapoor Memorial Total Tennis Championship U-10 Boys category held at YMCA Sector- 11 Chandigarh on 7th January 2013. There were more feather in his cap as he was also declared Runners Up in Shemrock Ace Tennis Tournament held on 27th January 2013.

Angel Joneja of Class-VII bagged the Bronze Medal in Chandigarh State Roller Skating Championship held at KBDAV Sector-7 Chandigarh on 22nd and 23rd December 2012.

Avi of Class VI won Silver Medal in U-13 category in Inter Club Pomsae Taekwondo Event held on 7th December,2012.

Khushnoor Kaur Walia and Samar Toor of Class VII represented Chandigarh Swimming Team U-14 Boys and Girls Category respectively in 58th National School Games held at Pune from 21st November,2012 to 25th November,2012.

Jaskeerat Singh of Class- VI has bagged the Gold Medal in Mini Olympics held in Chandigarh on 10th and 11th October 2012. He scored 5.5 points out of 6 points.

Jaskeerat Singh of Class- VI stood Second in Chess Drill Competition held at Jelly Bean Junction, sector 35A organized by Nitin Chess Academy on 9th December 2012.

Sehaj Sindhu of Class VII won Shemrock Ace Tennis Tournament Category U-12 Singles. She also won Runners Up Trophy in category U-12 Doubles in 2012.

Shaurya Raj  and Shubhangi Jindal have been selected in Chandigarh School Table Tennis Team U-14 Boys and Girls Category respectively. They are going to participate in the 58th National School Games which will be held at Delhi between 21st January to 8th January 2013.

Jaskeerat stood Second in U-13 Category and was selected to represent Chandigarh in Nationals at Pondicherry on 1st and 2nd June,2013. He also stood Third in U-19 Category to represent Chandigarh at Lucknow held on 16th June 2013 by Chandigarh Association in St. Xavier’s School , Chandigarh.

Dhruv Kodan Sharma of Class IX B was selected to represent Chandigarh in the sub-junior National Football Championship for Coca Cola Cup 2013 which was held at Mumbai from 1st May,2013 onwards.

Pranav Chopra of Class 5D bagged the First position in Boys U-10 Shemrock Ace Tennis Tournament held on 23rd April,2013.

Shaurya Raj of Class 9D bagged the Third Position in Sub-Junior Category which was held at Millenium School from 4th May,2013 till 5th May,2013 and was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 500.

Pranav Chopra of Class V D bagged the First Position in Lawn Tennis Tournament U-12 Boys category organized by CL DAV School sec-11 Panchkula. This event was held on 31st March,2013.
