Achievements

Dhruv Kundrai of class- VD bagged a Gold medal in the State Open Championship organised by Chandigarh Roller Skating Association at St kabir School from 3rd to 5th January 2015.

Saachi Bagri of class- VE bagged Bronze medals each in 500 mts Rink race 2 and  1500 mts Road race in the State Open Championship organised by Chandigarh Roller Skating Association at St Kabir School from 3rd to 5th January 2015.

Rutvij Chaudhary of class- VIIA  bagged a Silver and a Bronze medal in inline category U-10 to 12 years in the State Open Championship organised by Chandigarh Roller Skating Association at St Kabir School from 3rd to 5th January 2015.

Vedika of class-III E bagged one Silver and one Bronze medal in the State Open Championship organised by Chadigarh Roller Skating Association at St kabir School from 3rd to 5th January 2015.

Mahima Bansal of class-II bagged two Bronze medals in the State Open Championship organised by Chadigarh Roller Skating Association at St kabir School from 3rd to 5th January 2015.

Bhavika of class- VIII H bagged a Silver medal in discus throw event in UT Inter-school Athletic meet held at sector-7 Sports Complex from 14th to 16th January 2015.

Dhuv Kodan Sharma of Class- IXB  bagged a Gold medal each  in 100 mts U-17 category and in 200 mts U-17 category in UT Inter-school Athletic meet held at sector-7 Sports Complex from 14th to 16th January 2015. He was also declared ‘The Best Athlete’  in  U-17 category.

Pranav Chopra of class -VI D bagged the first position in the U-14 doubles and Runner’s Up position in U-12 Singles category in the Chamunda AITA Talent Series which was held from 12th to 15th January 2015.

Jaskeerat Singh of class-VIII C had participated in the 13th Parshavnath Grand Masters Tournament at Delhi from 9th to 16th January 2015. He achieved 27th rank out of 670 players by scoring 7.5 points out of 10. He also bagged the first prize in the U-15 category and received a cash prize of Rs 8000 and a certificate.

Adhish Beri and Raghav Dewan (Class IX) bagged the 2nd position in State level Science, Mathematics and Environment Exhibition 2014-15. They received a cash prize of Rs 3100 for their presentation on Waste Management.

Our team comprising of Tanya Singh, Mehak Aggarwal and Siddhi Gupta (Class XI) bagged the 2nd prize in “e-newspaper designing”- an online competition as part of Vanijya 2014, All India Inter DPS Commerce Festival organised by DPS Noida.

Harmandeep Singh Khera (Class X E) won the 3rd prize in the Inter-School Debate organised by St. Mary’s Convent in December 2014 on the topic “Peer pressure is good for students”.

The DPS team comprising of Sanjana (Class XI), Harmandeep Singh (Class X) and Dyuti Chaudhary (Class X) were the semi-finalists in the Hansraj Parliamentary Debate held in November 2014

Shimantika Das (Class IX) & Sanket Jain (Class X) won the Second runners up trophy in the Inter-School Debate organised by Gurukul School on the topic “Success is the domain of the Book Smart and not Street Smart

Sanjana Arora (Class XI) and Dyuti Chaudhary (Class X) won the 1st prize in an Inter School Debate organised by DPS to celebrate Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel’s Birthday on 31st October 2104 on the topic, “Unity in diversity in India is a reality”.
