Wings of Wonder: Class 3 Soars into Nature!

In celebration of Earth Day, the young adventurers of Class 3 spread their wings on a delightful journey to Chandigarh Bird Park — a magical haven where nature sings and feathers flutter.

As the gates opened, the air filled with excitement and birdsong. The students stepped into a world alive with colour and chirps — a lush green paradise where birds from across the globe flutter. Wide-eyed and full of wonder, the children spotted radiant blue macaws, graceful swans, chirping lovebirds, and so many other feathery friends.

Each step brought a new discovery. Some birds strutted proudly, while others flew in playful loops. With their trusty diaries in hand, the students became tiny scientists — observing, sketching, and noting the brilliant colours, different beaks, fluttering wings, and curious calls. Their scribbles and sketches were full of excitement, laughter, and “Look over there!” moments that will soon become part of classroom stories and projects.
But this visit wasn’t just fun — it carried a beautiful message. On this Earth Day, the children learned that birds need clean skies, safe homes, and people who care. They promised to be kind to nature, to save water, plant trees, and always watch the skies with wonder.

By the end of the trip, the bus ride back was filled with chirpy chatter and happy hearts. The students returned not just with facts about birds, but with a new love for the planet we all share.
It was truly a day when learning took flight — and every little heart came back soaring.

Let’s keep the skies alive with wings, and our world full of care!
