On Tuesday, April 22, students from Classes III to V eagerly gathered for their first house meeting of the new academic session. Dressed in their bright house T-shirts, they proceeded to their respective meeting venues, guided by enthusiastic house wardens and in-charges.
The session commenced with a warm welcome and an introduction to the house mottos, delivered by the wardens. This sparked animated discussions among students, encouraging them to reflect on the values their houses uphold and gear up for the exciting inter-house competitions ahead. The six houses—Ravi, Ganges, Jhelum, Sutlej, Chenab, and Yamuna—are named after iconic Indian rivers, symbolizing strength, unity, and cultural pride, while promoting healthy competition.
The interaction fostered a deep sense of camaraderie and belonging among the students. Energized and inspired, they now look forward to a year filled with vibrant house events, spirited contests, and enriching thematic morning assemblies.
