The young learners of Class II of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh were apprised of the importance and process of growth in nature during their online classes. The students were explained that all living things pass through different stages of growth during their life time and they change in shape and size with age. A project was assigned to the students wherein they were told to depict the life cycle of a butterfly on a cardboard with the help of the materials like leaves, stones and twigs. This activity helped the children discover about the growth and stages in the life cycle of a butterfly in an interesting and creative manner.
