To make the children familiar with the colour green, ‘Green Week’ was organised for the students of class Nursery of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh. Colour green was the flavour of the week as green was used in all art and craft activities. Children also came dressed in green, carrying green objects. They thoroughly enjoyed the germinating activity and named their plant as their “Green buddy”. At the end of the week the children took a pledge to keep their surroundings clean.
