Helpers are an integral part of our life, be it a doctor, engineer, nurse, teacher or the housekeeping staff. To make the children aware of the contribution of the community helpers, DPS Chandigarh conducted a Public Speaking Activity during the online class. Children of classes Nursery and Prep wholeheartedly participated in the activity. Dressed as a helper of their choice, they spoke about the duties performed by the helper and their contribution towards the society. This was an effort to teach the little ones to respect each person of the society irrespective of the duties/ tasks performed by the person. Parents were also invited during the online classes to speak to the children about their professions. It was a great learning experience for the children.
