In these difficult times when kids are getting restless staying inside the four walls of their homes, we at DPS, Chandigarh have been constantly looking for ways to bring joy and merriment into the lives of our young Dipsites. Keeping this in mind, a ‘Virtual Shopping Trip’ was organised for the students of the Pre-Primary Wing.
The kids came dressed up in their best outfits for the virtual shopping trip. They even carried their little shopping bags for the best experience. They were also told to carry their masks and hand sanitizers to learn about the safety measures to be taken in the times of COVID. They had great fun going all around the store with virtual shopping carts, while sitting in the comfort of their homes. They got to see a variety of things to buy and also learnt about spending money wisely. Their happiness knew no bounds as they came across their favourite things along the way. It was in fact a treat for the eyes, to see the little ones jovial and enthusiastic at the same time. Such endeavours are not only fun but also teach such activities necessary in daily life to the children. The virtual shopping trip turned out to be a great learning and fun experience for them.
