Krishna Janamashtami is celebrated as the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna was born to protect the world from evil and remove all the difficulties.
On this joyful occasion, the children of classes Nursery to ll of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh took part in a ‘Fancy Dress Activity’ during the online class. The students of the Pre-primary wing looked adorable dressed as Radha and Krishna as they presented songs, dance, sang bhajans and spoke about their character.
The students were also told about Lord Krishna’s life and his thoughts through a story. It was a sight to see the enthusiasm as the little ones added colours to the Janamashtami Celebrations.
