The students of Class Prep I of DPS, Chandigarh embarked on an exciting excursion to the Natural History Museum, where they explored the fascinating journey of our planet through the ages. This immersive experience took them through the Mesozoic Era, focusing on the Triassic and Jurassic periods of evolution.
The students were captivated by the museum’s impressive timeline of Earth, showcasing its transformation over billions of years into a thriving habitat for life. They marvelled at the stunning fossils, lifelike dinosaur models and beautiful hand- embroidered pictures of birds. The diorama of a caveman also sparked their imaginations about early human life.
This informative outing left our young learners with a greater appreciation for the natural world and its fascinating history!
