The children of the Pre-Primary wing of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh were sensitized about environment friendly practices on the Earth Day. They were made aware of their responsibility to do their bit towards making their planet clean and green.
The children enthusiastically participated in the nature walk and sapling sowing activities.
The motive was to inculcate students with values of conservation, respecting nature, being mindful of disposing the waste, and encouraging them to reduce, reuse and recycle.
The children took a pledge to preserve and conserve their self- sustaining planet.
