The students of Class VIII of DPS Chandigarh presented their Annual Class Show on 09th October 2021 through the virtual platform. The students of each section presented a short program based on the theme “Aanandutsav”.
The programme commenced with the address of the Principal, Mrs Reema Dewan. In her address, she spoke about both the challenges and the opportunities brought forth by these unprecedented times. She emphasised that the pandemic has brought about creativity and innovation in our education system. She hoped and expected that by next academic session things would normalize and their would indeed be an Aanandutsav. She also appreciated and highlighted the achievements of the students of Class X and XII 2020-21.
The Class Show titled ‘Aanandutsav’ put up by the students was a visual treat to behold. Each section, through their presentations, showed that ultimate goal of one’s life is to be happy and happiness stems from positivity and persistence of thought and action.
The virtual class show of Class 8 was appreciated by the parents who lauded the efforts of school to channelise the creativity and energy of home bound children. The bright faces of the students and their enthusiasm captivated the attention of everyone who saw the show.
