Delhi Public School, Chandigarh organised Virtual Annual Class show of class III titled twisted tales -‘Kahani wahi Seekh naee’ on 13th October, 2021. The students enthusiastically participated in the show and surprised everyone with their heart touching performances. The Principal, Mrs Reema Deewan emphasized on the need to move on, accept the new normal and make progress in all aspects of our lives. She also encouraged the students to develop expertise and contribute to the society and most importantly told them to believe in themselves. The students through their powerful performances conveyed that these twist in the tales teach us that changes that come always leave us with the new prospective of looking at life. Our life does not get better by chance but it gets better by change. Learning through story telling was the theme of the show. The story, ’The Monkey and the Cap seller’ was presented in a unique way where the cap seller learns from the monkey’s new way to lead life following new norms. The story,’ The Thirsty Crow’ was the highlight of the show where the modern crow equipped with technology uses Google map to locate water. The children won appreciation for their enthralling performances.
