Water shortage is an environmental problem that requires change in terms of thinking and everyday practice. Keeping this in mind Delhi Public School, Chandigarh made the students of pre-primary and primary aware of the importance of water on World Water Day. Through powerpoint presentations the children were sensitized about the importance of water conservation and saving sea life. Students also got the opportunity to share many innovative ways to conserve water. This special day concluded with children making a picture of sea life with thumb printing.
