A session on Cardiovascular Diseases was conducted for students of Classes IX and X on 17th December 2015 by Dr. Amit Gupta, Cardiologist from Max Hospital, Mohali. He made children aware about the risk factors for heart diseases and measures which can be taken to prevent them. He emphasized on the importance of early intervention in order to bring down the rising number of heart disease cases.
