Students of DPS Chandigarh bagged several prizes in various Inter School Competitions conducted by TERI on World Water Day on 22nd March, 2010.
- Kairvi – 1st Prize (Class VII) – Debate
- Raahat – 1st Prize (Class IX) – Debate
- Harsimran – 3rd Prize (Class IX) – Quiz
- Taksh – 3rd Prize (Class IX) – Quiz
- Ahsaas Sharma – 3rd Prize (Class VII) – Photo Competition
- Ajay Jindal – 3rd Prize (Class VII) – Painting Competition
The winners were taken for an educational trip to TERI Derragreen at Mukethswar near Nainital.
