Delhi Public School Chandigarh outshone once again in various Olympiads organized by Science Olympiad Foundation, New Delhi.
A special award ceremony was organised by Science Olympiad Foundation at Law Bhawan, Panjab University, Chandigarh on Saturday, 7th May, 2011. To felicitate the meritorious students, teachers and principals, Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal, Hon’ble Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Science and Technology and Earth Sciences graced the occasion as the chief guest and gave away the prizes to the proud achievers.
Ms. Reema Dewan, Principal, DPS Chandigarh was awarded Best Principal Trophy for the third consecutive year. Sanat Bhatia, Shreyam Sinha, Shambhavi Ratnapriya, Anirudh Seth and Abhishek Arora, students of DPS Chandigarh were given awards in the various categories. Ms. Shalini Setia, Teacher, DPS Chandigarh also received the award in the Best Teacher’s category.
